The #IndiaMeetsGhana love story started in the secondary school classrooms of Harris Crystal Palace, where an unlikely friendship blossomed into an even more unlikely relationship.

Throughout our relationship we faced a huge amount of backlash and hardship from our local community and family, who weren't too enthusiastic about the cultural integration. However, we went against all odds to get married in 2016—10 years after our relationship started.

 

Following the outreach and attention of our relationship on social media, we decided to launch a platform to empower people from different cultures, religions and lifestyles. We have since been able to help and counsel other interracial couples in their journeys and are now looking to expand our impact and reach.
